Racing Pride joins Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix for a Pride BBQ

Inclusion is about the work and discussions which go on behind the scenes as much as what happens in front of the cameras.

This Pride Month Racing Pride had the fantastic opportunity to visit our friends at Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix in Brackley for a special Pride BBQ. This provided a great chance for our CEO, Matthew-Harriet Randall, joined by Racing Pride Ambassadors Manon and Maia (@maniaonboard) to speak with team members in a relaxed environment, and talk about what celebrating pride means for them.

As always, the warmth and receptiveness of everyone present was truly inspiring. We had some fantastic conversations which demonstrated the team’s enthusiastic commitment to fostering a culture in which everyone is welcome and can thrive both on and off track.
