Loughborough Formula Student team recognised with Racing Pride Aston Martin Award for Diversity & Inclusion

Each year, Racing Pride teams up with Aston Martin Aramco Formula 1 team to offer an award for the Formula Student team which has done the most to promote diversity & inclusion. This year, congratulations go to the team from Loughborough University, who are first time winners of this award.

Teams present both their internal and external initiatives, which celebrate diversity and foster a positive and inclusive environment within the Formula Student competition. The winners receive an exclusive experience, being able to visit the Aston Martin Technology Campus and learn about how an F1 car is made, from design concepts through to testing and manufacture. 

The quantity and quality of applications for this award have been increasing every year. We’re proud of the activities and initiatives that the award is not only recognising, but also encouraging, within student motorsport.
